Swedish Massage
Swedish Massage is a very relaxing and therapeutic style of bodywork. It combines oils or lotion with an array of strokes such as rolling, kneading, and percussion to help the body improve its circulation. The benefits of this type of bodywork are wide-ranging and include relief from aches and pains, decreased stress levels in the body, enhanced mental clarity, improved appearance, and greater flexibility.
Deep Tissue Massage
Deep Tissue Massage is a form of bodywork that aims to relieve tension in the deeper layers of tissue in the body. Deep Tissue Massage is a highly effective method for releasing chronic stress areas due to misalignment, repetitive motions, and past lingering injuries. Due to the nature of the deep tissue work, open communication during the session is crucial to make sure you don't get too uncomfortable. Keep in mind that soreness is pretty common after the treatment, and that plenty of water should be ingested to aid with the flushing and removal of toxins that will have been released from the deep tissue during the session.
Half&Half Massage
I created the Half&Half service for cleints that need the deep tissue work on one or 2 areas (usually the neck and/or back) but still want a full body massage, and meduim to light pressure on other areas.
Hot Sones on Back Add On
Add Hot (Or Cold Stones!) on your back to any massage for extra relaxation. Hot stones help to relax your muscles, with less pressure. Cold stones are great for reducing inflammation and can help reduce head ache pain. Add for $10
Cupping On Back Add On
Add cupping on to any massage. Cupping increases circulation, encourages tissues to release toxins, and reduces anxiety. Instead of digging into the muscles during deep tissue, cupping helps to bring the tissues to the surface. Add for $10
Back and Foot Scrub & Moisture Mask
This enhancement will include vanilla scrub for exflolation on your back and feet.
Essential oils can be added for your personal preference (lavender is my favorite) . And a sunflower honey butter moisture mask on your back and feet. Lots of hot towels and lots of relaxation. Added on to any service for $15.
